“Crocodile Dundee” Plot Summary

An American reporter goes to the Australian outback to meet an eccentric crocodile poacher and invites him to New York City. add synopsis

A funny, simple, sentimental movie.

There’s not much complicated about this movie, and that’s a good thing. It’s a pretty simple fish-out-of-water plot, with Dundee (Paul Hogan, of course) doing an excellent job as a goodhearted, plainspoken, and cheerful Aussie in the Big City. Lots of great lines and funny moments, and the performances are all well done. Call me a sentimental fool, but the ending always makes me smile.
