“First Blood” Movie Review

“Rambo: First Blood” Plot Summary

A mentally unstable Vietnam war vet, when abused with a small town’s police force, begins a one man war with it.

This is a Great Great Film!

It is sad that the image of Sly Stallone has become what it has become. He is mocked and used as a punchline by more than a few comics. As a result, many of his films are seen in a less than favorable light. This is very unfortunate, because in ‘First Blood,’ Sly made one of the great all-time action films. However, it is more than an action film, and if the final scene does not make your skin tingle, well, you are not human. In many ways, First Blood captures, more than any other film, the difficulty many returning Vietnam Vets had when they returned to America. They had so many friends and so much responsibility in Vietnam. Back in America, they were isolated and slow to readjust into the peacetime way of life. As a result, many were sent wandering about, or worse, heading to jail. First Blood tells the story of one American hero who you should not push too far. In John Rambo, you have a hero from a war nobody wanted to remember. However, the town that persecuted him will remember him, for a long time.

    “Batman Returns” Movie Review

    “Batman Returns” Plot Summary

When a corrupt businessman and the grotesque Penguin plot to take control of Gotham City, only Batman can stop them, while the Catwoman has her own agenda.

    Good Batman Film Without Question

Batman Returns is to be considered quality when one speaks of superhero films. Its predecessor, Batman, in my opinion, is by far the greatest and most well thought out of the comic book genre. For one to say that Batman Returns was disappointing, he or she has not fully watched the movie and considered the acting of Danny Devito as the Penguin. Devito and Walken offer some memorable moments. The tale of Batman is suppose to be dark and Tim Burton has fulfilled how the comic portrays Batman. Batman Returns provides comic relief, action, suspense and fantasy; and it should not be viewed as ‘crap’, although we are all entitled to our own opinions.

    “Shaft” Movie Review

    “Shaft” Plot Summary

New York City police detective John Shaft (nephew of the original 1970s detective) goes on a personal mission to make sure the son of a real estate tycoon is brought to justice after a racially-motivated murder. add synopsis

    I loved it

Shaft was a great movie. The acting was great and everything in this movie was done very well. The story was also very interesting. I think that Christian Bale played an okay villain. If he was more scary and more evil, it would be even better. I am not saying that he did not do a good job as a villain, but he could have been scarier. But it was still a good movie. I also think that Peoples should have been more evil. Other than that it was a great movie. I really liked the car chase in the end. Another thing that I really liked about this movie is that John Shaft was driving one of my favorite cars which is a Chevrolet Monte Carlo. If you like police movies than you will really like Shaft.

Great film lots of good acting

i thought this was a great film. The Ridler (Jim Carry) was very good at his part i thought Dick Gracen/Robin (chris O’Donnell) Played his part with great enthusiasm it was an enjoyable action comedy film that deserves high ratings. The riddles were very well done. When i watched this film for the 1st time i wanted to watch it again straight afterwards. The bat mobile, Bat wing and bat boat were very cool. This is a film anyone can enjoy it makes you laugh and the villains were the best part, Ridler and two face (Jim carry and tommy lee Jones) and Dr. chase Maridian played her part with spirit as well. But Batman did hi part very very well playing the billionaire Bruce Wayne and the Darknight wanting to live harmoniously it was very interesting. i would recommend this film to lots of people of all ages

    “Batman & Robin” Movie Review

    “Batman & Robin” Plot Summary

Batman & Robin try to keep their relationship together even as they must stop Mr. Freeze and Poison Ivy from freezing Gotham City. add synopsis

    Very Entertaining Movie

Personally, this movie is not the best of the batman movies, the original batman is

However, this is in my opinion, the most fun to waste two hours on

I mean I understand Batman is serious, but this movie is very funny

    I mean Arnold as Mr

Freeze, and the most immortal line of them all,’Your Not Sending Me To The Cooler!!’ had me blowing soda out of my nose

    Very funny line

Also Uma Thurman as Poison Ivy is very nice eye candy to look at for two hours which is a plus

Bane is very cool,so what if he broke batmans back in the comics

    This is the movie

Comics you can do anything, this is very good to the characters for what it is worth

Clooney is a nice touch, and O’Donnell is awesome as Robin

Silverstone was kind of out of place as Batgirl,as the only problem in this movie was too many characters

    Three villains and three heroes

But in my opinion,I personally like this movie, and if you are the kind of person who enjoys nice set designs and campy fun, this is a must see

    All others need not apply.

    “Batman” Movie Review

    “Batman” Plot Summary

The Dark Knight of Gotham City begins his war on crime with his first major enemy being the clownishly homicidal Joker.

    Great movie

This and batman returns and the first couple of Superman’s are the finest super hero movies i have scene, Michael Keaton had the same impact as Christopher reeve had with the superman series, when i was a little kid i use to think that batman returns was the best batman, but until a year ago i watched the first batman, and jack Nicholson was a sensational joker, the way he portrayed him was brilliant,Michael Keaton was a great Batman,(i coined’t believe he was controversially Joice for the role)the music is great especially in the finally finale,i know heaps of people who hate Batman because he dosen’t have superpowers, well this movie shows why Batman is the greatest hero

Why Keaton left the Batman franchise i will never know.
