“Bad Boys 2″ Plot Summary
Two loose-cannon narcotics cops investigate the flow of Ecstacy into Florida.
Bad Boys 1 + more = Bad Boys 2
Bad Boys 1 was a good movie but Bad Boys 2 was a substantial improvement. Below I have listed a number of reasons why I think this.1) There was a higher number of action sequences. 2) The action sequences were more exciting. 3) There was more humour. 4) The humour was funnier. 5) Gabrielle Union is in it and she is hot! 6) The phrase ‘Woosah’ which really made me laugh every time
OK I will admit that the storyline is not exactly a great one but all the above really more than makes up for it. A brilliant action movie and a brilliant sequel. And I hear that a third movie could be on the way! Can’t wait!

“Bowfinger” Movie Review
“Bowfinger” Plot Summary
When a desperate movie producer fails to get a major star for his bargain basement film, he decides to shoot the film secretly around him. add synopsis
Entertaining Comedy
was actually surprised that BOWFINGER got a mere average rating of 6.4 on this site because the IMDb is full of wannabe film makers who are gonna love a movie satirizing the Hollywood studios , a film both cruel and amusing in turn and it would be very interesting to see how the votes panned out . I’m sort of guessing here that the wannabees awarded it very high marks while the typical Eddie Murphy fans , casual film goers and those people who claim THE MUMMY RETURNS is the greatest film ever ( And no I’m not criticising anyones opinions and tastes ) would have given it relatively low marks . I’m guessing that it’s a possibly a film that unfortunately went above a lot of headsFirst off is the title BOWFINGER . What sort of image does that conjure up ? Possibly a James Bond spoof ala AUSTIN POWERS with lots of slapstick ? If you enjoy that sort of schoolboy humour you’ll be very disappointed . Likewise if you’re an Eddie Murphy fan because Murphy’s dual performance is very restrained here and all the better for it . It also has an opposite effect for people who don’t like Eddie Murphy ( Or for that matter Steve Martin ) very much but are people not keen on either Murphy or Martin going to watch this in the cinema ? I was very happy that the movie did relatively well on its initial release in 1999 because it certainly had the potential to be a flop at the cinema The premise is very simple: Film producer Bobby Bowfinger ( Martin ) has a knock back from Hollywood star Kit Ramsey ( Murphy ) so Bowfinger decides to secretly film him anyway and edit it into his movie . Thankfully the screenplay of BOWFINGER is developed well enough for maximum comic effect , Bowfinger is making a sci-fi movie so Kit finds himself facing aliens at one point and yes he genuinely believes they are real aliens . Bobby Bowfinger himself seems to have been based on the infamous Ed Wood while watching Kit attend the MindHead classes one is perhaps reminded of John Travolta or Tom Cruise and I don’t care what the critics say – Some of the gags like the scene with the dog in the underground car park are laugh out loud funny without ever going OTT All in all a fairly amusing satirical comedy that enjoys taking pokes at the American film industry and certainly one of the better films that have either starred Martin or Murphy

“Happy Feet” Movie Review
“Happy Feet” Plot Summary
Into the world of the Emperor Penguins, who find their soul mates through song, a penguin is born who cannot sing. But he can tap dance something fierce!
Breathtaking and Beautiful
Happy Feet begins by introducing us to an achingly beautiful world and then takes us on an extraordinary hero’s journey filled with laughter, tears, and unconditional love. It is a rare modern epic that goes far beyond the scope of most recent movies, family or otherwise, with amazing visuals, wonderful music, and simple but meaningful themes. Be warned: you might actually find yourself responding to this film on an emotional level that could be a little embarrassing. You might leave dancing- or simply breathless
The film weaves the fantasy of a musical world inhabited by penguins, a poignant and beautiful dream in which each emperor penguin searches for love by singing a unique ‘heartsong’. Mumble (voiced by Elijah Wood) is hatched into this world as one very special individual. Unlike the others of his kind, Mumble seems to be without any singing ability at all. Instead he is compelled to express what lives in his heart through an incredible gift for tap dancing (granted to the character by the great Savion Glover through motion capture). Ever positive despite rejection from his community, sweet Mumble is caught up in a remarkably deep adventure story that grapples with concepts of identity, love, and tolerance while instilling a basic sense of environmentalism
The enormity of this story is quite amazing. The brilliant George Miller (creator of diverse and artful films from Mad Max to Babe) succeeds in creating what may be one of the most lovable characters ever, and then drives him to the edge of hell and back. Drawn along in Mumble’s wake, we often laugh and sometimes cry with the character as he stumbles into a group of loyal friends (two of which are voiced fantastically by Robin Williams), showers his soul mate with unconditional love, and ultimately seeks out answers to environmental issues that are far bigger than one little penguin. Nothing, though, could be bigger than Mumble’s heart. Unless you are made of stone, you will fall in love with this character, and you’ll be cheering him along for every minute of his struggles
As you come to love Mumble, you will be exposed to elegant themes that are so universal they serve as a kind of mirror. You’ll see some of yourself or someone you love in his struggle to prove that being different can be wonderful. You’ll remember past feelings and childhood fantasies as he shows that love can be worth absolutely everything. And you’ll probably feel at least a little guilty to be a human as you remember the profound and sometimes terrible impact we can have on the many wonderful creatures that surround us. Fortunately there is a good chance that you will also come out feeling empowered to make the world a little better
All in all, the experience is breathtaking.
