    “American Wedding” Movie Review

“American Pie: The Wedding” Plot Summary

The third film in the American Pie series deals with the wedding of Jim and Michelle and the gathering of their families and friends, including Jim’s old friends from high school and Michelle’s little sister.

    A Grand Finale!!!

American Wedding is the funniest film in the American Pie series. Most of the original gang is back to see Jim and Michelle tie the knot. But, the two characters have to overcome a couple of obstacles. One obstacle is making sure Stifler behaves himself. Does he… not really. Stifler throws a bachelor party when Michelle’s parents are supposed to turn up, eats dog crap while saying it’s chocolate, losing the ring, and having sex with Jim’s grandmother. Stifler is by far the most funniest character in the film, especially when he plays nice boy. Jim and his father are funny, too. I liked the part when Jim shaves his privates and throws the shavings out the window and into people’s mouths and wedding cake. The characters are original and hilarious. The acting was great, so was the directing. As with the first two films, there is a great soundtrack. I recommend seeing this grand finale. I rate this film a 10/10.

    “Chicken Little” Movie Review

    “Chicken Little” Plot Summary

After ruining his reputation with the town, a courageous chicken must come to the rescue of his fellow citizens when aliens start an invasion.

a nice movie with great messages to kids

2005’s version of Chicken Little had me from the start with its clever poster: The End Is Near, with CL’s rear facing me. I laughed at the poster a lot. Unfortunately, it wasn’t as entertaining as I’d hoped it would have been. I enjoyed hearing Zach Braff and Gary Marshall perform as Chicken Little and his dad respectively, as they are both 2 of comedy’s bright stars

The film follows Chicken Little (Braff), who was made a social outcast for claiming that the sky was falling. Now, later on, Chicken happens to notice the same things he noticed the first time. What to do?I loved the messages the film sends to our youth, and the parents of the world. A message sent to kids is this: if something’s on your mind, if something’s bothering you, tell someone. Don’t hide it in, because the truth is always the right thing to say. What a great message to send in a children’s film. The other message sent to the parents here is this: Parents, listen to your children, and stand by them no matter what. Both of these themes are expressed throughout the film, which is barely above 80 minutes, perfect for an animated children’s movie

I, being 17, felt left out when I watched this because I couldn’t stay interested as much as my siblings were. It’s an excellent film for kids ages 5-10, above average for 11-13, and mediocre to poor to anyone above those ages. I recommend Chicken Little to any young child and I also recommend that a parent watches it with said child, because it’s a great family movie that you’ll enjoy

    CHICKEN LITTLE 6/10 –spy

    “Apocalypse Now” Movie Review

    “Apocalypse Now” Plot Summary

During the on-going Vietnam War, Captain Willard is sent on a dangerous mission into Cambodia to assassinate a renegade Green Beret who has set himself up as a God among a local tribe.

    Truly a Masterpiece

Somewhere on IMDb there is a discussion about the greatest director of all times (Spielberg, Copolla and others are named there). The greatest argument was around Spielberg and whether he is or isn’t a great director. The problem with Spielberg is that while he is a master technician, most of his films lack depth

Saving Ryan is really outstanding from a technical point of view, but its message is dull and while its very entertaining, it doesn’t make you think about anything. AN is the best movie I ever saw because it combines great shooting with a deep philosophical perspective on so many things, starting from war in general, the clash of civilizations, the condition of soldier in wartimes (is a soldier a hero or an assassin? Brando says he is neither, the french lady says he is both …) and many others. The problem with some people is that they try to argue about whether these points are true or false. But a great movie, and a great piece of art in general is supposed to spark arguments, not to solve them … Maybe Coppola is right, or maybe he isn’t, nobody holds the truth anyway. You can watch this movie for its outer beauty, amazing scenes, great acting and memorable quotes and you will be entirely satisfied. But what really make this movie a masterpiece is its inner quality. You can’t help but make a comparison with the recent Fahrenheit documentary

Both Copolla and Moore tackle similar issues, but while Copolla presents matters from an outside , objective point of view, Moore takes a very partisan position that really compromises the whole point of a documentary … It is really a shame that a film like Fahrenheit 9/11 won a prestigious award like Cannes. But anyway, if you want to start to understand a little of the Vietnam war, the Iraq war, the second World War and any war in general, you should definitely see this movie, and not the other one …

    “Roxanne” Plot Summary

Based on the play “Cyrano de Bergerac”, large nosed C.D. Bales falls for the beautiful Roxanne while she falls for his personality but another man’s looks. add synopsis

    Best romantic comedy ever…

This is the sweetest intelligent romantic comedy ever made. It is a brilliant reworking of the classic play on which it is based. Steve Martin has demonstrated in movie after movie his ability to make people laugh, and with Roxanne he has shown his ability to create comedy, in addition to spouting the creation of others. There is no downside to this movie. By far the greatest romantic comedy of the last 25 years. Potentially the greatest romantic comedy ever made.

    “WALL-E” Movie Review

    “WALLE” Plot Summary

In the distant future, a small waste collecting robot inadvertently embarks on a space journey that will ultimately decide the fate of mankind.

WALL-E is one of the most cutest, lovable characters Pixar ever invented!!

Not only it’s Pixar’s best film of all-time but it’s the best movie of this year and one of the greatest imaginative, visually, moving & excellent animated films in years and surprisingly, one of the best sci-fi movies since E.T.!! Coming with high expectations, it definitely succeeded mines. It’s so beautiful, moving, hilarious & sad at the same time. And for those who has been anticipating Thomas Newman’s score for WALL-E, it’s certainly one of his best right behind Finding Nemo in which I thought was his best score to date! Like I said it’s Pixar best film so far, WALL-E knocked off Ratatouille of the top spot in which I thought it was their best film to date and officially, WALL-E is the best Pixar film i’ve ever seen with Ratatouille right behind and Finding Nemo, third. Pixar fan or non-Pixar fan, you’ll definitely enjoy this one. WALL-E will forever be remembered as one of the most lovable characters ever created on film!!!
