    “Scarface” Movie Review

    “Scarface” Plot Summary

In 1980 Miami, a determined Cuban immigrant takes over a drug empire while succumbing to greed. (Cartel not Mafia)

    Timeless Great

Whilst a little long, ‘Scarface’ produced a movie well worth the old perusal. Al Pacino was his regular solid self, and Michelle Pfeiffer fairly ordinary which is to be expected. The degree of violence and swearing in the movie was an indication of the direction these kind of movies were taking as the eighties rolled into the nineties. This is another movie you can’t help but admire the wardrobe on. The sheer arrogance of the manner the leads wear their clothes allows them to pull off a look that is laughable, yet amazingly stylish. One must applaud such a show. On top of all this, a well directed and written script allows the audience into what is quite likely an accurate portrayal of the Miami underworld.

“Star Trek 9: Insurrection” Plot Summary

When the crew of the Enterprise learn of a Federation plot against the inhabitants of a unique planet, Capt. Picard begins an open rebellion. add synopsis

    Excellent!!!

This is one of the best Star Trek movies! It is exciting, funny and supported by Jerry Goldsmith’s fourth Star Trek score. In contrast to Star Trek-First Contact very many scenes of the film do not play on the Enterprise, but on the paradise-like planet of the Ba’ku. This film is not only exciting, it also criticizes society. In many countries, for example in Ireland, people of the same races fight each other. This movie illustrates that these fights are senseless and that all people belong to one race. Jerry Goldsmith’s score is also very extraordinary which makes the movie even more worth watching. Especially the Ba’ku theme is so good that you have after having seen this movie a good impression of it.

    “Amadeus” Movie Review

    “Amadeus” Plot Summary

The incredible story of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, told in flashback mode by Antonio Salieri – now confined to an insane asylum.

An Excellent film of describing Mozart’s life from wealthy with great fame that shatters in pieces

Amadeus is one tremendous film. The acting was great. Tom Hulce did wonderful and I have only seen him once in a film and that was Animal House. The rest of the cast was great to like F. Murry Abraham did a terrific job in his performance. The music was brilliant, I have never seen a film with such great performances in their plays. I really did admire this movie, everything in it was very interesting and after I watched the film I did a little research on Mozart. The script and directing was superb and the cinematography was brilliant. I couldn’t of asked for a better film than Amadeus. I’m glad I saw this film!Hedeen’s outlook: 10/10!! **** A+

    “Last Action Hero” Movie Review

    “Last Action Hero” Plot Summary

A young movie fan gets thrown into the movie world of his favourite action film character.

    One of Schwarzeneggers best

After Terminator 1 this is Arnold Schwarzeneggers best movie. I can’t understand, why this is so underrated. I love the self-ironic in this film. This movie shows that Arnie is much more intelligent and humorous than a lot of people thought before. I gave it a rate of 9.
