“Universal Soldier” Movie Review

“Universal Soldier” Plot Summary

Luc and Scott were killed in Vietnam, but the army has a secret project for reanimating dead people as near-perfect soldiers.

Absolutely Amazing!!

This is quite possible the best movie I have ever seen! Dolph Lundgren is an action god in my books! There’s no words I can find in the English dictionary to help me describe how amazing this film is. It combines great acting (mostly on Dolph’s part), with excellent fight scenes. The thing that will be etched in my mind the most is the way Lundgren displays his joy after he throws a grenade at Ally Walker. If there could be joy in blowing someone up then Dolph Lundren has depicted it flawlessly! Oh yeah and Van Damme was okay.

“A Few Good Men” Movie Review

“A Few Good Men” Plot Summary

Neo military lawyer Kaffee defends Marines accused of murder; they contend they were acting under orders. add synopsis

    Really deep, insightful movie

I started watching this movie with no great expectations. I was bored, to say the least, and it just happened to be showing on the channel I was watching. When I saw the opening credits and names like Tom Cruise, Demi Moore, Jack Nicholson and Kiefer Sutherland showed up, my interest was piqued and I started watching this film in the hopes that these great actors would deliver. And they definitely did. This was a courtroom drama, but it was also about the marine corps. It was an enthralling movie, and really got you engrossed and wondering, ‘Are they telling the truth?, Are they going to go to jail?’ etc etc. The high points of the movie for me were the private accused of murder (I can’t remember his name now) and the way he was devoted to his superior, Hal. I also enjoyed the sexual tension between Tom Cruise and Demi Moore, and would have enjoyed to see it developed a bit more in this movie. However, the ULTIMATE thought-provoker/tear-jerking scene was one of the last, when the accused are pronounced NOT GUILTY on counts of murder but GUILTY on counts of behaviour unfit for a Marine (or something like that). Then the private says, ‘Hal, (Jack Nicholson) said he ordered a code red, we didn’t do anything wrong!’ and Harold says ‘We were supposed to be fighting for those who can’t fight for themselves. We should’ve fought for Willy.’ ANd he walks out of the courtroom with his head high. This simply goes to show that principle, rules can only take you so far, but conscience, right and wrong, are what we ultimately have to deal with. Wonderful movie, I will not soon forget it.

“Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian” Movie Review

“Night at the Museum 2″ Plot Summary

Security guard Larry Daley infiltrates the Smithsonian Institute in order to rescue Jedediah and Octavius, who have been shipped to the museum by mistake.

Larger than the First! An inappropriate Plot!

The critics never enjoy the movie!I definitely enjoyed the movie, even the first. The movie was filled with action, good performance but never its story. I don’t like what they do in Washington DC. The new characters are haven’t useful they not nicely introduced. The 300 action style was a good try and the CGI effects were amazing as it is. The old characters are worthless, I thought Robbie Williams will be taking a large part but it is not. Ben Stiller is really a good actor, I like his acts just like in the Tropic Thunder. I like the museum of Smithsonian it was large, i though its just a building. The comedy was just the way it was. Overall it is definitely worth watching for me, maybe a little longer story and plot will make it a blockbuster.

“Little Shop of Horrors” Plot Summary

A nerdish florist finds his chance for success and romance with the help of a giant man-eating plant who demands to be fed. add synopsis

    Cult Classic.

Strange but humorous tale of a florist clerk (Rick Moranis) who comes across a rare plant which demands human blood. As it grows it wants more and more, and Moranis eventually kills an annoying – but funny – dentist (Steve Martin) to feed to the plant. Disgusting, dark, odd, strange, and delightfully perverted remake of the 1970s Jack Nicholson film. Highlight: Steve Martin’s ‘Dentist!’ song. 4.5/5 stars -John Ulmer
