“The Lion King 3″ Plot Summary

Timon the meerkat and Pumbaa the warthog retell the story of The Lion King, from their own unique perspective. add synopsis

Surprisingly Good

I have to be honest, i was expecting a failure so bad, because it really did sound like they were trying to milk the original movie to get money. But that wasn’t the case with this pretty funny (sometimes odd) movie. I loved how they told the story of Timon and Pumba, the story with Simba and him having trouble sleeping was funny. The jacuzzi bubble, and when Pumba leaves, the bubbles stop. It’s all harmless fun, good for kids and some adults. I think this movie will last for a while because it is rather good for a straight to Video and DVD movie. While the movie does seem a little odd and kind of trails off toward the end, it works. 8 out of 10

The movie is great!

The movie is great. I think it is wonderful how the SpyKids acted, they looked as if the situation was real! When I saw the first and second movie I got hooked. My family love it as well but I like it better than anyone in my family. I don’t understand how Alexa and Daryl could act so well!

“Once Upon a Time in Mexico” Movie Review

“Once Upon a Time in Mexico” Plot Summary

Hitman “El Mariachi” becomes involved in international espionage involving a psychotic CIA agent and a corrupt Mexican general.

    Enjoyable

Once Upon a Time is overall a pretty enjoyable movie. Despite its bizarre randomness, action fans will love the fighting scenes and gun play. Not to mention the characters who were actually somewhat interesting and not stolen, which has got to be a first when it comes to the action genre. I can honestly say that I enjoyed all of the characters, even that stupid Taco Bell type dog that the American carried around and put a wiretap on. I really don’t have too many complaints about the movie, and thought it was interesting throughout

El was a crazy, crazy man. If cornered by a massive army, he would just whip out his guitar and fire off grenades and laser beams taking everyone out, saving his guitar until the end. He would then throw it at General Marquez, causing a 1 Megaton nuclear warhead to go off right behind him as he makes his escape into a hand-made shelter from his Mexican buddies.7.5 / 10

    “The Lion King” Movie Review

    “The Lion King” Plot Summary

Tricked into thinking he killed his father, a guilt ridden lion cub flees into exile and abandons his identity as the future King. add synopsis

    A Timeless Film

Ah…’The Lion King.’ There’s so much I can say about this movie but all my comments always come down to one thing: this movie is beautiful. Pure genius. A timeless story. I might be a little biased in my beliefs, seeing as the first movie I remember seeing in theatres is ‘The Lion King’ and I still watch it on a regular basis and know all the words but I’m sure there are plenty of people out there who agree with what I have to say. ‘The Lion King’ is beautiful; hands down, it is the best Disney film ever created

The story is something that everyone can relate to, whether they are a lion ;) or not. Simba is destined to become king one day and just can’t wait to rule the throne; everyone can relate to wanting to grow up and become an adult, to do whatever they want and not have to worry about anything. His father tries to teach him that, despite the fact that he will one day be grown and king, his life will not be easy. Simba has to learn his lesson the hard way when his Uncle Scar, who, too, wants the throne, kills his father and convinces Simba that it was his fault. Suddenly, growing up doesn’t seem so great anymore (I can *really* relate to that).

And so, Simba flees his home and comes across Timon and Pumbaa, two other outcasts. They teach Simba the ‘Hakuna Matata’ lifestyle, something that idealizes a life free of stress, worry and responsibility. Now, don’t we all wish we could live this way? No worries for the rest of our days… But when Simba’s childhood friend Nala returns, he realizes that he can’t live Hakuna Matata forever, for he does have a responsibility to his pride and his homeland. Simba understands that he must grow up, as we all do, and does what’s right

The songs are catchy and fit the movie well (the original songs, of course, though ‘The Morning Report’ isn’t too bad) and the score is haunting and beautiful. Along with the art work, the music captures the heart of Africa

With the types of shows that children watch these days (boy, doesn’t that make me sound old?), it’s a wonder they’ll learn in virtues and values at all. ‘The Lion King’ is a great teacher when it comes to learning lessons that will carry throughout their lifetime. ‘The Lion King’ teaches children that it’s all right to be a kid but you must understand and accept responsibility for things you can and cannot control. Everyone has a place in The Circle of Life and we must find it; the film also teaches that we will encounter bad and even terrible things during our lifetime but we must accept them and move on. These are important, meaningful lessons; heck, I even used them in my SAT essay! ‘The Lion King’ is a film for every generation and is a powerful film that all children should see. I’m past my childhood now and I still watch it whenever I get the chance; I look forward to sharing it with my children

    A timeless film!

    “Cars” Movie Review

    “Cars” Plot Summary

A hot-shot race-car named Lightning McQueen gets waylaid in Radiator Springs, where he finds the true meaning of friendship and family.

    well done

Caught the world premiere at Lowe’s Motor Speedway in Charlotte– we’re not race fans ourselves by any means, but you really don’t have to be to get on the road with this one. We were privvy to a couple inside jokes, living amongst the racing atmosphere that IS Charlotte, but even if we hadn’t gotten that extra little chuckle, there’s definitely plenty to find. Not just for kids. Kids will like the cute characters, and bright colors, adults will like it simply because it’s just plain entertaining without having to dumb down to appeal to kids. You’ll find yourself wanting to find the next twisty backroad to get to your next destination. Watch for all kids of cameo’s, and it’s too bad IMDb doesn’t include a picture of the animated character as well– it’s not always easy to remember what the names are once you get home. Owen’s good, Newman is classic, if a little flat (I applaud him for just plain staying active and leaving his house!), but it’s really Larry the Cable Guy’s movie– newfound appreciation for that one– and ‘tow-mater’ is a multi-layered pun. Not only on the fact that he’s a tow truck, but also his ‘they call me tater salad’ bit– Overall, highly entertaining, just try not to speed too much on the way home….

    “Spy Kids” Movie Review

    “Spy Kids” Plot Summary

The children of secret-agent parents must save them from danger. add synopsis

Spy kids is a great movie which kids and adults can enjoy

I think Spy kids and Shrek are parents because both are thought for the children but adults can enjoy them very much, too

Spy kids is a great movie which all family can enjoy

The exaggerations the movie has and the credibility excess didn’t bother me because they are complements of the universe this movie has

The cast is really well but Daryl Sabara and Alexa Vega stole the show

Robert Rodriguez created an excellent universe on Spy kids

The movie is so fun that it passes like 10 minutes

I totally recommend this movie which will be more enjoyed watching it in family
