“Pulp Fiction” Movie Review

“Pulp Fiction” Plot Summary

The lives of two mob hit men, a boxer, a gangster’s wife, and a pair of diner bandits intertwine in four tales of violence and redemption.

amazing

this is a film that gets better and better each time you see it, the dialogue is just superb, its funny, clever and realistic, the film is set around different groups of people and each character puts in a performance, nobody lets the film down. Even if their role is only small, they still do the job.

the cinematography is inspiring, as a student it really makes me want to go out with a camera and film, the shots are clever and effective, just a beauty to watch.

the soundtrack is one of the best iv heard in a film, every song fits.

I’m not going to spoil the film or go in to much detail but it is a film you have to see, once, twice, or a hundred times…

“Saw II” Movie Review

“Saw 2″ Plot Summary

Jigsaw locks a few unlucky people in a booby trapped shelter and they must find a way out before they inhale too much of a lethal nerve gas and die. But they must watch out, for the traps Jigsaw has set in the shelter lead to death also.

The Best Sequel since Friday the 13th

So far this is the best sequel I’ve seen since 1981. Friday the 13th was the last time I’ve seen a sequel that in some ways was better than it is original. That’s saying something considering that Friday the 13th was a three star classic. Halloween and Scream had good sequels no mistake about that, but it doesn’t have the same impact that Saw 2 and Jason part 2 had in developing a separate identity from the first entry. Saw 2 really didn’t disappoint in finding an identity. Actually the identity was found in this version. The first Saw was sick and it’s only horror competition is the lackluster wannabe the Ring and Grudge series. I’m a horror fan and it’s been hard to find a scary movie ever since the start of the 1980s. The best films came out of the 70s and the only successful horror franchises that could actually scare somebody was Friday the 13th and Scream bar none. I like Saw because it’s a cult flick that doesn’t give a damn and it’s unique with a dark camera. Its about time we’ve had a series that separates itself from the ghost era those movies couldn’t even pay me to be scared. Saw could be the next big thing since Scream and could easily represent the 2000s as a horror heel. If you’re looking for that next big series that catches your attention and I don’t mean The Fog, which in ways was a great flick don’t look any further than Saw, which out does itself. Grade A from me most definitely.

“Freddy’s Dead: The Final Nightmare” Movie Review

“A Nightmare on Elm Street 6: The Dream Lover” Plot Summary

Freddy Krueger returns once again to haunt both the dreams of his daughter and Springwood’s last surviving teenager. add synopsis

one of the best films in the ‘nightmare’ series

It is not the most original but it is the most funny

Freddy’s Death is a very good directed film in the series, which 3-D scenes are cool when it came out (1991).

This film, with a independent story (it is not into the Nancy’s series and Alice Johnson’s one)has a correct plot and correct actors in perhaps the second best movie in the series

It is very funny at the beginning when it appears a sentence by Nietzsche and then a Freddy’s sentence.’NIGHTMARE 6′:Good film.

    “Hercules” Movie Review

    “Hercules” Plot Summary

The son of the Greek Gods Zeus and Hera is stripped of his immortality as an infant and must become a true hero in order to reclaim it.

    This is fun.

Genre: Based on Greek myths, animation, relationships

Actors: Famous ones are Danny DeVito (Phil) and James Woods (Hades).

Main characters: Hercules, Zeus, Meg and Hades

What happens: Hercules is the son of the ALL POWERFUL Greek God Zeus. The day Hercules is born, he is captured and made mortal (only three of the characters know how this happens). Someone makes Hercules mortal and then he is adopted by mortal humans. This is only the beginningMessage: That you are a hero if you love as well as fight

My thoughts: I like this film. I think it has more of a potential of being liked to a 8-11 aged audience, as I liked it more than I do now at that age. I still like it because it is very fun, the animation is different, a little weird, but quite good! I also still like the characters, especially Meg and Phil and Hades is funny and I like funny baddies in Disney films. Of course I like all the good Greek Gods, they are somehow potentially likable. I used to like Pain and Panic (Hades’s servants) a lot when I was younger, but I’m starting to like them less now because I’m growing up and they are growing a little too silly for my liking. Also this film has a good share of slapstick AND wit in it for my entertainment. I also really like the songs, especially ‘Go The Distance’ and ‘I Won’t Say I’m In Love’ or whatever it’s called. My favourite character is Phil because I like his personality and he also looks kind of cute when he’s excited and happy when to most people he’s supposed to be quite UGLY (but I don’t agree with that). So I like this film! Recommended to: Mainly people who are aged 8-11, people who like animated Disney films and for people who like ‘fun’ films. Enjoy! :-)7 and a half out of 10.
